The award for Conspiracy Rumor of the Year goes to Balz for an unpublished article written six months ago, that, even, ;-) we could not get behind. We're sorry, we should have paid more attention.

The original article contained too many names, photos, locations, dates, and, as they used to say, "the bottom line is", ~@~ is tired of dealing with our aftermath, so, the following "sciencefaction" is presented.

During the Tokin Heroin War, a war over control of Southeast Asia's heroin market, Balz was recruited by a covert branch of the HIA (Higher Intelligence Agency) as a PA (Psychedelic Agent).

This branch of the HIA contained a very elite group of people, with many covers, who were trained in PW (Psychic Warfare), using a variety of specialized experimental psychedellic drugs, only available to them.

During his service for the States' Department, Balz was assigned to "High Rollers" and joined the "Jet Set".

He gained friendship of William Alfred, Alex Deaner, several well known musicians, and "partied hardy" on multiple levels of consciousness for his agency.

In his article, Balz tells of flying with William Alfred to a party held by a known covert agency, money laundering bank, on a tropical island, and that "the 'Who's Who' of the party crowd were there"; including Alex Deaner, contract agency psychedelic chemist.

Also in attendance was Daisy, a leading crime family figure, carrying a briefcase with one million dollars in cash, whose job was to manage "write off drugs" for organized crime. There was also a presidential candidate there, who was seeking money for an election.

Apparently, Deaner dosed the party, more than once, "things got wild", and allegedly, there are 8mm movies of the debauchery.

Daisy and the presidential candidate hung out together and "left on the same private plane". It was noted the candidate was now carrying the briefcase, which was found, located in his safe, after his death.

When this candidate became president, he placed a dope embargo across the Mexican border to, "Prevent Hippie dope smugglers from bringing marijuana from Mexico." and, at the same time, "a literal ton" of pharmaceutical drugs arrived at Los Angeles' Sunset Strip.

These drugs allegedly came via Daisy's East Coast distribution center, filtered up to San Francisco's Haight/Ashbury, and back to New York; while expanding to other cities, in between.

By the summer of 1969 the Haight/Ashbury had become a "lower astral hell" and a lot of middle class children, seeking an alternative lifestyle, with Scott Mckenzie's song, "If You're Going to San Francisco, wear some flowers in your hair.", playing in their heads, died of pharmaceutical drug overdoses. The head of Hate Clinic and Corporate Media, never bothered to mentioned it.

In order to keep momentum, in this pharmaceutical drug push, organized crime started dumping 'literal tons' of cocaine on the market at five or ten dollars a gram.

They had a unique approach, which was based on a "back room deal", that allowed boats with tons of cheap Columbian marijuana to get captured by law enforcement, justifying the "War on Drugs"; while allowing ships with tons of cocaine to, "slip by". In case there is doubt, look up "Cocaine Ship", "San Francisco" and "Iran/Contra", because I heard Balz's story of attending one of Noriega's orgies in Central America, and it is a 'mind blower'.

Then there was the story in the paper about organized crime drug dealers leaving Southeast Asia, heading to the cocaine fields in South America. If your memory works, you will recall, after this, many ships containing large amounts of marijuana were getting busted on the 'high seas' and the cost of cocaine went up.

I am eliminating a lot of the article here (the airport in Arkansas, who was who, the two brothers from Texas, etc.) in order to hold your attention for the "conspiracy story', which follows.

Needless to say, a lot of money was generated over illicit drug dealing, and, money can buy almost anything.

Balz went on to write, "There is a massive amount of heroin waiting to be moved from Afghanistan, but due to the "War on Terror", it is almost impossible to do; which caused a 'strange bedfellow arrangement' between old Soviet and United States' crime families.

This 'arrangement' allowed organized crime to obtain weapons of mass destruction (For source, find old "60 Minutes" piece about "missing nuclear and atomic weapons from the old Soviet military" where they mention, "300 Missing Nuclear Suitcase Bombs".) and started planning a diversion.

The 'diversion' was a plan to create, what appeared to be, a natural disaster or an earthquake in the form of a massive underwater explosion, using an old Soviet submarine filled with atomic explosives near Southeast Asia.

Because there was no scientific study involved, a reaction larger than expected occurred, which turned into one of the largest destructive phenomenas in history.

In the aftermath, heroin is now in transit, will start showing up soon, "very cheap", and will be "targeted for Third World Communities" in the United States.

Near the end of his article Balz points out some interesting reasons why President Bush "distanced himself" from Bernard Kerik and other New York personalities, relating to 9/11, and questioned why a Bush family member was in Dallas, on a certain fateful day.

Balz wrote his article in advance of future Corporate Media stories concerning the increase use of heroin in the United States, that he was not happy with "early retirement", and included some stuff that appears on some of these pages, with the caption, "This is the nameless presidential candidate who was at that party with Daisy, and this is what he and his Republican friends did to the CHILDREN of AMERICA, who questioned his activities."
