*^* New Model = XLS Sportsters (aka-Roadster, sportster version of the Low Riders):
- Extended forks, 16" rear wheel, siamese exhaust, drag bars on 3.5"
risers, sissy bar w/leather pouch, highway pegs, 2 piece seat, chromed
rear sprocket.
*^* New Model = FXEF "Fat Bob":
-Dual gas tank with tach and speedo on tanks center counsole, bobbed rear fender, buckhorn bars. The FXEF was a Low Rider with cast or spoked wheels. 8:1, 66 horse, points, single downtube, 642lb, 5 gallon, 105mph, [although the speedo went to 150mph, {chuckle-chuckle, good one HD}], (vivid black, brilliant red, concord blue, chestnut brown), $4,260.
FXS changes = Sissy bar and leather pouch.
FXE-1200 changes = twin front brakes.
FLHC Classic = tan & creme point, cast wheels, tour pack, as well as FLH packages. Frame mounted seats.
MoFoCo minutes;
Priority to go to heavyweight models. [Hmmmm, and yet the middle weight
Low Riders are whomping. Good call.]
Sales in US pitfall to 4% of market share.
Racing:
Grand National - Jay Springsteen takes second, Randy Goss takes 3rd.
