[ What caliper is that there 'Peashooter'? ]
The singles are back! A very trim bike was made for the board track racing. The dangers of the faster twins gave way to the creation of classes for these tracks. Enter the 21ci single - aka, "Peashooter".
[This bike is so lean, it resembles a 10 speed, with a small tear drop
tank, (and-of course-a motor). Even the seat is like a modern 10 speed]
Model A OHV specs: 21.1 ci, (345.73cc), 2.875 x 3.25" bore/stroke, 8 horses at 4,000 rpm, rear contracting band brake, 56.5" wheelbase, 251 lbs, 3 gallon tank, 55 mph. Ricardo cylinder heads, black painted Klaxon horn, single row primary chain, toolbox mount under seat, pressure ported cam gears for crankcase pressure, single unit electrical system.
The 21ci was available in both flathead and Over Head Vavle.
