HD tidbits from '25
[I don't dread oil changes anymore]
Enter the oil drain plug so that you don't have to drop the transmission
to drain the oil. [And you thought YOU had it rough].
Also, Britian imposes a 33.33% import tax.
The Big News: HD introduces the tear drop gas tank, (at slightly more
than 5 gallons).
[Also by around this time, there are now exposed front springs that
start becoming the size and shape of the modern day Springer.]

A ton of minor changes are made all over the bikes, amoung them are:
wider frame that lowers saddle 3", cylinderic toolbox mounted on front
fork, 2 piece step down transmission bushings mounted to mainshaft,
battery mounted lower/upright, new shaped handlebars, longer headlight
switch, sixteen Alemite grease fittings, shrouded style taillight, tire
tubes us automobile size valves, foot operated compression release.
MoCo minutes:
- Last year sidecars are supplied by Rogers Company.
- New building to manufacture sidecars.
- HD riding Maine State Police is founded, (pay is $25 weekly).
Racing:
-Joe Petrali wins National Championship, 300-mile Board Track in Altoona Pennsylvania, (twice), and 10-mile Board Track Race in Laurel, Maryland, w/record 111.18 mph.
